Move 2 Moz is fully accredited, licence real-estate service provider, based in Inhambane, Mozambique. Incorporated in 2016, with NUIT number 400667233
Having re-launched our website in 2024, Move 2 Moz is fast becoming one of Inhambane’s premier Real Estate Agencies, punching way above its weight, and growing from strength to strength.
Currently, Move 2 Moz has over 20 properties on its books, including land, lodges, guest houses, luxury villas, farms and apartments.
Strategy
Move 2 Moz is a client-centric real estate agency, which embraces a digital-first strategy; embracing mobile, social and digital media to grow it’s presence.
At the heart of what we do, is our commitment to establishing strong relationships with our clients (both buyers and sellers) based on transparency, professionalism and clear, timeous communication. As such, we are fast gaining recognition as providing superior service, and the referrals we receive are increasing steadily, and the scope and stature of projects we are becoming involved has grown in leaps and bounds.
Our relentless work-ethic and forward looking, digital-first approach has allowed us to gain impressive traction in the first quarter of 2024, and has positioned us to generate even more value in the months and years to come.
Listings and deals
Move 2 Moz has spent the better part of the first quarter setting up our digital and social platforms, listing properties and generating traction in the marketplace.
This hard work in improving our foundations has started to bear fruit, with Move 2 Moz having sold 3 properties in March / April 2024, all in Inhambane.
Furthermore, we have also acquired some incredible new listings, from Maputo, right up to Morrungulo, which we are excited to start advertising in the near future.
In line with our commitment to be client-centric, we are now going to put a pause on new listings. This will allow us to remain attentive to our existing and prospective clients, and ensure that the properties we do already have received and listed do not stagnate, but get sold within our desired timeframe for property sales (3 to 6 months at most)
Market update
The Mozambican property market remains quite robust, but like all property markets, it is influenced by macro factors which are outside of Move 2 Moz’s control. Pressure from unfavourable interest rates and inflation, increased terrorist activity, regional and international conflict all play their part in terms of hampering liquidity and risk-appetite amongst both international and local investors.
That being said, Move 2 Moz continues to see a strong interest in Mozambique, which has a number of factors working in its favour from a macroeconomic and policy level.
